Q: Can I bring in my own merchandise or do I have to order it from St. Charles Printables?

A: Either. We can order almost anything you may want but if you have something already we will take care of the embroidery or screen printing.

Q: How does your embroidery pricing work?

A: There is a one-time charge to create your logo/design. It can be reused for an indefinite time. This set-up charge varies greatly so it is best to call for a quote. In general the embroidery prices are as follows: 1 item = $10, 2-5 items = $8 each, 6+ items = $5 each.

Q: How does your screen printing pricing work?

A: There is a one-time charge to create your logo/design. It can be reused for an indefinite time. This set-up charge varies greatly so it is best to call for a quote. Screen printing pricing is based on quantity, number of colors used and material to be printed on (t-shirts, fleece, hats, etc.).

Q: What is your embroidery turn-around time?

A: This varies from season to season. In general, we promise 2 weeks. We make all attempts to get the work done ahead of schedule, but 2 weeks is promised. We can sometimes work with RUSH orders (for an additional charge).

Q: What is your screen printing turn-around time?

A: 2 weeks + 1 day. We can sometimes work with RUSH orders (for an additional charge).
